LIHEAP Applications Are Now Open

Online applications for LIHEAP are now open. The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps income-eligible Oklahoma households with winter heating utility bills. This federally funded program is offered seasonally and provides critical support to families during colder months. Some households may already be pre-authorized and do not need to apply. Those who are not pre-authorized are encouraged to apply online for faster service.

  • Have your heating bill, ID, Social Security number, and income verification ready.
