Certified Health Counselors

Need Help Figuring Out Health Insurance?

INCA has a team of “certified health counselors” who help families and individuals understand their options for choosing a health insurance plan, then assist them with setting up an ideal solution.

Counselors provide accurate and impartial assistance to consumers shopping for coverage in the Health Insurance Marketplace, including consumers who are not familiar with health insurance, have limited English proficiency, or are living with a disability.

We offer help with:

  • Explaining your health insurance options,
  • The eligibility and enrollment process, and
  • Filling out appropriate applications.

    INCA Community Services in Murray County is reopening the clothing bank as the Resource Room on November 2, 2026.

    Due to limited office space and new programs, clothing will no longer be self-serve. Instead, our team will personally fill your requests based on available donations. While we cannot guarantee every item will be in stock, we will always do our absolute best to help you.

    How to request clothing or hygiene items:
    In Person: When you arrive, please fill out the INCA Intake form and our new Request form. Staff or volunteers will gather your items for you.
    By Phone: Call us at 580-352-3124 to place your request. We will call you as soon as your items are ready for pickup.     ...
