INCA can help cut utility bill costs down to an affordable level for eligible low-income households.

INCA helps individuals and families apply for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), a federally funded program administered by the State of Oklahoma that assists eligible households with home energy costs.

LIHEAP works with utility companies to offset the cost of home energy for low-income households, prevent the shutoff of utility service to those households, and restore service if it is interrupted.

Eligibility is based primarily on household income and household size, along with responsibility for home energy costs…

You are responsible for paying your home heating or cooling bill

Your are a U.S. citizen or legally admitted non-citizen

You provide required documentation (ID, Social Security numbers for household members, proof of income, utility bill)

Priority may be given to households that include…

Seniors (age 60+)

Individuals with disabilities, or who require medical equipment assistance

Children under age 6
